What these numbers mean
The fine print
- Odds: expected blocks/day = hashrate × 86,400 ÷ (difficulty × 2³²); chance of at least one = 1 − e−expected.
- Pool earnings use hashprice from the average reward of the last 144 blocks, minus your pool fee. Real payouts vary.
- Tariffs are 2026–27 regulated default offers (AER DMO, Victorian Default Offer, WA, Aurora, ActewAGL, Jacana). Most households on market offers pay less.
- Ignores difficulty growth, BTC price moves, hardware failure and the value of the heat.
- Not financial advice. A hobbyist's estimate tool.
